The Vice President for Business Affairs has overall administrative and fiduciary responsibility for general institutional services and management of fiscal activities. The Vice President of Business Affairs reports directly to the President. In the absence of the President, the V.P. for Business Affairs acts as the Chief Administrative Officer.
