Education students will be ready to apply for admission to the teacher education program once grades are posted and you have 45 hours and a 2.5 GPA. Admission to Teacher Education is required before you can take 300 and 400 level teacher education classes. 

You can apply for admission by going into your Live Text account, clicking on "Forms," and completing the application form. If you do not have a LiveText account yet, you can apply by visiting the following URL: http://college.livetext.com/misk5/formz/public/18669/CwAFVFzupP. 

Part of the application process is that you must submit an admissions essay. The essay prompt and rubric can be found in the "More Info" column on this page.

Applications will be accepted and processed during the winter break.
