"The Write Minds," a new campus organization for student writers, meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 6 PM until approximately 7 PM in Wright Hall to share all kinds of writing (poetry, short stories, memoirs, creative non-fiction, parts of plays and novels, etc.) and to encourage one another as writers.

Officers are Kristen Riley, President; Joe Pease, Vice President; and Shaniqua Berry, Secretary/Treasurer.

At meetings, members read their work, receive support from other writers on campus, and talk about writing issues including marketing, publishing, workshops, and retreats, all with the goal of making one another stronger writers. Free pizza and soft drinks are provided in an informal atmosphere intended to foster more student writing. All students
interested in writing, even if just to listen, are invited to attend.
