Click on any site to look at its content.  A useful site for more information about the theory and practice of service learning is Campus Compact, a national organization promoting service and citizenship.

Another site of value is Civic Readings which contains short essays, stories, and poetry that can help students reflect about their service.

A good, short essay about the need for all of us to find and use our voices for the good of community and democracy is Parker Palmer's Humility, Chutzpah, and the Future of Democracy.
