• Students with more than 30 semester hours (45 quarter hours) or who are over the age of 25, are not required to submit SAT or ACT scores or an official high school transcript, unless an Allied Health major is desired
• Official transcript(s) of record from each post-secondary institution attended and/or currently attending
• Students who have fewer than 30 semester hours (45 quarter hours) of successful ("C" average) college work must also submit SAT or ACT scores and official high school transcripts
• Course work over 10 years old will be evaluated after successful completion of 24 semester hours at NC

• Acceptance based on Cumulative 2.0 GPA from all schools

Transfer Tuition Scholarship Requirements

• Full-time (12 or more credit hours) students only
• Based on Cumulative 2.5 GPA from all schools
• At least 30 hours (45 quarter hours) of cumulative college work
• Completion of Transfer Tuition Scholarship Application
• Range of monies up to $5,000
• Renewable provided a 3.0 GPA is maintained

If you are now enrolled or have recently finished a program of study at a community/technical college in South Carolina, you may qualify for advanced credit towards a four year degree from Newberry College.
