- SALADS — Offered at lunch and dinner a wide selection of fresh greens, vegetable and fruit toppings, and a variety of dressings.
- ENTRÉES —
Offering your traditional favorites With fresh potatoes and vegetable. Vegetarian selections will be offered at every lunch and dinner meal. Hot breakfast is also served from this station.
- DELI(Tues & Thurs) —
Create your own sandwich or sub with our wide selection of quality meats, cheeses, salad spreads, and a wide assortment of breads and rolls.
- PIZZA —
Fresh hot pizza selections (including Vegetarian) served daily. Specialty and Gourmet Pizzas are featured on a daily basis.

Spring Break Schedule:
The Dining Hall will close after lunch on March 5th at 1:30pm and will reopen on Sunday, March 14th at 5pm for dinner.
The snack bar will reopen on Sunday, March 14th at 6pm.

The Snack Bar offers its own unique style of burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, specialty grilled sandwiches, prepared salads and deli sandwiches and hot and cold beverages.
