           The mission of the Newbery College Office of Information Technology is to provide computer-related technical assistance to the students, supporting them in their own furtherance of the Newberry College mission. We provide excellent service in a manner that is professional through personal and electronic interactions with members of the Newberry College community. We answer questions, offer informal instruction, provide first-tier troubleshooting, manage escalation of issues and represent the interests of the Newberry College community. We are continually committed to improve our services by practicing and promoting teamwork, clear communication, and  commitment to enhance our technical and professional abilities.
