Eating in the Dining Hall

Just about whatever you like to eat, you'll find on a regular basis in our dining hall. A student committee makes the decisions when it comes to menus, so our dining hall serves meals to suit everyone's tastes and schedules. Several hot entrees with one vegetarian selection are available at every meal. In addition, make your own creation from our continental breakfast bar, our sandwich bar, and our salad bar. Monthly theme dinners like "Fiesta Night" and "Mardi Gras Bash" add to the fun. Our food service even provides late evening snacks.
