New
Student Orientation
New
Student Orientation is a four-day program that helps new students
transition to Newberry College by providing programs and services
outlining the College's expectations. New Student Orientation
emphasizes integrating students into the academic and co-curricular
life of the College, connecting students with the campus community,
professors, administrators, and student-leaders who will play
a vital role in their academic, spiritual, and social development.
Students will have the opportunity to move into their residence
halls, be acquainted with the academic expectations of the
College, confirm course registration, complete a host of new
student logistical items, and meet with their College Life
mentor.
