The Bachelor of Business Administration at Newberry College prepares collaborative and innovative leaders through a strong foundation in core business disciplines. The program develops effective communication and analytical decision-making skills while emphasizing experiential learning opportunities, such as service projects and internships, preparing graduates for successful careers in a global economy.

Oversight for the Business Administration program is provided by the Business Administration Advisory Committee, which consists of practicing CPAs and other professionals in the business community. The Department also sponsors one of the country's longest-running chapters of Phi Beta Lambda, the student business club.
