Atchison Transportation Services named The Official Transportation of Newberry Athletics

NEWBERRY - Newberry College athletic director Matt Finley has announced that Atchison Transportation Services of Spartanburg, S.C., is now The Official Transportation of Newberry Athletics.
Atchison Transportation Services also recently debuted a co-branded charter bus featuring the Newberry College athletic logos, advertising the College even when not transporting its student-athletes.
Since entering into an agreement prior to the start of the 2014-15 academic year, ATS has been the exclusive charter transportation service for Newberry, moving away from coaches driving 15-passenger vans following competitions.
This partnership not only allows our student-athletes and coaches to travel more comfortably to and from their competitions, but is far safer than previous options, Finley said. Atchison has been a great partner with Newberry College and we look forward to a long relationship which benefits our Wolves on the road.
Newberry College student-athletes can now alleviate issues related to travel and their studies, as ATS charter buses are equipped with wireless internet.
