Large Spaces

Wiles Chapel is a sacred space unlike any other — the scene of weddings, concerts, worship services and mass meetings since 1967. The sanctuary seats 750 in the nave and the balcony. The space also features its original Schantz 1,994-pipe organ, perfect for the grandest occasions.

The dining hall is a hub of campus life, ideal for dinners, parties and galas. Served by a full-service kitchen, the space seats 250 in the main and adjoining dining rooms, the sunroom and the patio. Kaufmann Dining Hall is available for reservation from late May through July and in late December, when classes are out of session.

The Gnann Room is a modern, spacious venue, perfect for conferences, dinners and other large gatherings. The main space seats 160 guests at round tables or 180 auditorium-style. The room includes a stage, along with a staging area for refreshments and an adjoining conference room.

Intimate Spaces

The oldest building on campus, Smeltzer Hall was completed at the end of Reconstruction in 1877. The Summerland Room, sometimes called the “Blue Room,” is an elegant, sublime space perfect for receptions, rehearsal dinners and gatherings. The space seats 56 at round tables, or 65 auditorium-style, and features a Yamaha baby grand piano.

This turn-of-the-century American Foursquare is a cozy, charming location for dinners, receptions, picnics, photoshoots and much more. The home features adjoining parlors, a dining room, kitchen, an ornate staircase, wraparound porch and enclosed lawn. The space can accommodate a total of 250 guests inside and outside, including 25 seats inside and 60 at round tables on the porch.
