Bio:

Dr. Poore is the Co-Chair for the RETAIN (Retain Teachers through Action, Innovation, and Networking) Center of Excellence for Mentoring and Induction Teachers. RETAIN hosts professional development for both in-service and pre-service teachers across the state of South Carolina.
