Title IX Incident Reporting
Newberry College is committed to providing a safe environment, free of discrimination and harassment, for students, faculty, staff and visitors. To do so, Newberry College complies with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibits sex discrimination in education programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.
