Newberry Hosts Alumni Event in Columbia

The Office of Alumni Relations and the Music department have teamed up to offer a social event for alumni and friends in conjunction with the 2015 South Carolina Music Educators Conference in Columbia. The free social will be held on Friday, Feb. 6, from 5 7 p.m., on the second floor of Carolina Ale House in the Vista area of downtown Columbia (708 Lady Street, Columbia SC 29201).

This free event will include food and beverages and is open to all alumni and friends. There is a lot of excitement at Newberry College. Music faculty, including Bill Long, retired Director of Bands, and other College staff will be on hand to share campus updates. All alumni are encouraged to take advantage of this great opportunity to connect with old friends, engage in professional networking and interact with College faculty and staff.
