Guests & Accessibility

GUESTS

Each prospective graduate may bring up to 10 guests. No tickets will be issued. Seating for guests will be in the west side stands and will be first-come, first-served. Overflow seating with a livestream of the event will be available in Wiles Chapel.

ACCESSIBILITY

A sign language interpreter will be available at the ceremony for hearing-impaired guests. Please contact Lisa.Duncan@newberry.edu with questions about guests who need any disability seating.

Parking

PARKING

Parking will be available throughout campus, but the closest parking lot is the gravel lot behind the stadium. Campus Security will run a golf cart shuttle service. Parking for guests with mobility issues will be reserved in the parking lots in front of Smeltzer Hall and Keller Hall. Guests may be dropped off at Wiles Chapel if reserved spaces are filled.
