Mission driven. Market responsive.
Your career. Your professional trajectory. Your time.
We designed our master's degree in organizational development & leadership with you in mind.
- You - the goal oriented, early-to mid-career professional committed to driving organizational performances.
- You - navigating our current market realities and demands of the contemporary workforce.
- You - agile and resilient - ready to drive change - in the organization of your choice.
When you become an MSODL graduate student - you take control of your professional trajectory. In each class, you will develop portable skills - driving change, leading high performance teams, motivating and coaching individuals to achieve peak performance individually and collectively.
Led by faculty whose expertise is forged in professional experience and advanced education, each class is a real-time opportunity to effect change - to apply your knowledge - in this moment.
